• Please let me know any relevant information pretaining to your commission beforehand.
• Reference images, descriptions and moodboards help a lot! But please don't send other artists' work unless its in the public domain.
• You will need a clear reference of your character. It can be sketchy or rough, as long as its legible (flat colours, good resolution) I can work with it.
• I can work with 3D/VRchat models as a ref, as long as the lighting is neutral, and you have a colour palette
• I will not work with a written description alone for artwork commissions, and references that rely heavily on descriptions will incur an additional fee of 20% of the total cost per character.
• you can request changes during the sketch phase, afterwards, any excessive or large change requests will incur an additional feeCUSTOM DESIGNS

PAYMENT

Please ensure you will have the means to pay for your commission before placing an orderI take payment via Paypal invoicing, Square or Ko-fi. YOU WILL BE BILLED IN GBP (£)
• I only invoice from [email protected] / Ko-Fi Link So please check your invoice is from this email before sending anything over
• I will send a rough sketch before collecting payment. You have will have 5 days to respond before I cancel the commission.
• I reserve the right to repurpose any unfinished artwork into a YCH/commission due to non-payment.
• You are also welcome to pay upfront if you wish
• Please let me know if you need more time to pay! I understand sudden expenses can crop up.Payment plans available!
• I accept payment plans/deposits for commissions over £80
• I require payment in full before the completed artwork is shipped/emailed.
• A customer may not have more than 2 ongoing payment plans active at one time.Refund policy
• I offer a 100% refund if you have paid in full AND I have not started the piece
• If I have started, refunds will be offered proportionately to how much work has been completed.
• Frequent refund requests will result in a blacklist.
